A dynamic company located in the Fort Lauderdale area is in search of a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Production/Manufacturing Department.
- Requirements:
- Minimum two years of office administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Responsibilities include:
- Ability to handle lots of data entry
- Procurement tasks
- Calendar management
- Digital file and photo organization
- Attention to detail is essential
- Experience with estimates and invoices is a plus
