We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. The ideal candidate will be proficient in standard office software and fluent in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse client base effectively.
Perform general clerical duties, including filling, scanning, and data entry.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, and occasional in-person inquiries) in both English and Spanish.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases with accuracy.
Assist management and other staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (oral and written) Mandatory
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel (creating, formatting, and managing spreadsheets) and Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents
Strong organizations and time management skills.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
