Looking for an Executive Assistant that has previous experience and is savvy in bookeeping/accounting,
including but not limited to:
Bookeeping
Accounting
Spreadsheets
Customer service
Filing and extremely Organized
Should be personable and outgoing and a go getter when given a task - gets it done.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high pace business environment.
Responsible and always On Time - going beyond what is asked.
Job is in the office 8:00-5:00 with an hour for lunch 12:00-1:00
Multitasking and not afraid to roll up sleeve to get the job done.
Previous Social Media experience a plus please
