Family owned furniture company looking for an assistant that can be an asset to our fast paced- growing company.
Some Responsibilities:
A/R
A/P
Purchasing
Internet Searches
Keep work station clean and presentable
Quick-books data entry
General administrative support to Management -
schedule appointments - pick ups & deliveries
Handling multiple tasks, prioritize, and expedite tasks upon request.
Answering phone calls -Phone Etiquette & Great Customer Service skills is a must
Other duties / skills needed as assigned but not limited to:
MS Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook Proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Team player (very important for our small business) - Answer Emails to clients
File, copy - keep filing system organized
Proficient in writing / typing skills
Multi-tasking -
perform well under pressure be patient and don’t take customer’s complaints personal
Open to learning new skills - Good attitude with co-workers
Internet research Proficiency.
English & Spanish -
