We are a Paper and Recycling company seeking a dependable and productive Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’d like to start part-time with room for growth. We are looking for someone to come in the mornings around 7/8am to 12/1pm. If we see that you can take on responsibility, be detail-oriented, a fast problem solver, we can give you more work which would mean more hours. There is room to grow here, we will see what your strengths are and will move you in that direction. We can discuss sales or managing roles in the future. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with customer service experience and a go-getter attitude. The pay rate for this position is starting at $14-$17 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, record information, and schedule appointments
Submit sales tax filings and other compliance forms
Organize receipts and reimbursements
Organize the inventory booklet and offerings
Calculate quantity of inventory
Order warehouse supplies and follow up with mechanics, contractors, orders
Enter data in the computer system and maintain records of calls, activities, inventory, petty cash, jobs, and other information in a clear and neat manner
Work with the operations team to organize and move inventory
Work with leadership to create incentives and ideas on how to better improve productivity in operations
Create weekly presentations using Google Slides on what we are working on in the week
Assist with other clerical duties as needed
