Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Track record of successful sales in the 3PL or logistics industry
Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing
Strong email, phone, and face-to-face communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Excel and WMS software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience working for a 3PL
Bilingual Spanish and English
Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective clients in need of logistics and warehousing services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business
Function as the intermediary between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Ensure the movement of your customer’s goods are efficient and accurate from beginning to end
