Duties: (including but are not limited to)
Answering phone calls.
Dispatching service calls.
Booking incoming work orders.
Following up with service calls.
Managing Job flow
Scheduling of crews
Purchasing required materials
Writing Estimates
Invoicing & collection
On call after hours scheduling service calls rotate every other week
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Very strong computer skills a must and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Very detail oriented,
Strong Multi-tasking skills,
Strong customer service skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Must be speak English & Spanish
