RECEPTIONIST/ SECRETARY/BILINGUAL

Full-time position. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing, data entry, answering incoming and outgoing email, setting up appointments, copying and other administrative tasks. The pay rate for this position is $13 dollars per hour.

Qualifications:

Excellent phone skills and a friendly phone voice

Ability to answer multiple phone lines

Three (3) years secretarial experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required

Must be very organized

Ability to multi-task
