We are a Construction Notice and Lien service company seeking people for our Data Entry Department. We are well-respected in the industry with many fortune 500 companies as clients and operate in all 50 states and Canada. We have been in business for over 20 years.
We are seeking individuals that are self-starters and self-motivated to join our amazing team. This is a full time remote work position. Must be a reliable individual with great work ethic! Training is provided and there is a Remote manager available at all times.
Requirements:
MUST Train in our office first before going remote.
MUST be local to our area (Palm Beach County) Greenacres
Have your own set-up: Windows PC with Dual Monitors and Adobe Acrobat.
Use multiple computer screens/dual monitors
Type at least 50 wpm
Computer Literate
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Meticulous attention to detail and organized
Possess strong organizational skills
Be deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
Punctual and professional demeanor
Dependable and responsible
Willing to submit to background check and random drug screening
What will the Data Entry/Administrative Assistant do:
Responsibilities:
Use multiple computer screens/dual monitors to type information from one monitor to another.
Meet various deadline for time sensitive documents
Work timely with minimal supervision
Work well in group setting
Other office related duties as assigned
WEEKLEY MEETINGS WITH MANAGER TO GO OVER PERFORMANCE AND TASK
Starting pay: $17.00/$18.00 Hr
Hours/days: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (Online system for Clocking in and/out)
PTO: 2 days after 90 days 1 week after a year
