ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Apartments Leasing Manager or Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the leasing process
- Marketing and promoting available apartments
- Conducting market research
- Managing lease administration
- Ensuring resident retention
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Background in property management
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with residents, prospects, and team members
- Proven track record of successful resident retention strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Salary is based on experience
