Job Description:
We are a thriving real estate agency seeking a reliable and dedicated showing assistant to support a busy real estate agent. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day operations, assist with property showings, and handle client communications. This is a work from home position.
Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and coordinating property showings
Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters
Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English
Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
Provide feedback and follow-up with clients after showings
Run errands and handle other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Must have a reliable car
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
