1. Must Enforce Rules and Regulations of the property, conduct Bldg. Inspections, write daily journals
2 Reliable Transportation (NOT THE BUS OR UBER) must show proof of vehicle registration.
3. Valid Driver's License
4. Cell phone to communicate (your own)
5. "D" License current / State of Florida
6. Great Attitude / public relations skills / MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS!
