I’m looking for an in-home sales reps for a successf impact window company servicing Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties.
Reps receive 2-3 leads per day: 10am, 2pm and 5/6pm. No setting your own leads, cold calling or door knocking —but a “One Call Close” mentality is.
Training on product knowledge, demo, financing options and sales strategies could be provided to the right person, but experience in this industry is highly preferred.
This is a commission only position with no cap. Waterfall commission structure with 50% front-end and 50% back-end commissions paid weekly.
I’m not looking for estimators, appointment setters, office positions or installers.
I’m looking for CLOSERS.
