About the Role

With Open Enrollment around the corner, we are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team. Having a health insurance license is a plus but is not mandatory. The Licensed Health Agent (Florida 2-40 or 2-15) will leverage their expertise to explain plans in detail, help clients understand eligibility criteria, assess individual needs, and recommend plans that align with each client’s budget and lifestyle.

Our live inbound transfer calls ensure you're always speaking to individuals actively seeking health insurance solutions, setting you up for success from the start.

We provide extensive training on guidelines, computer systems, tools, the specific insurance products we represent, and the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound transfer calls, networking, and referrals.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

-Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in sales, preferably in account management or inside sales.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

-Knowledge of the health insurance market and industry trends.

-Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.

-Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay, including commission + spiffs, with the potential to earn between $75,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on performance.
