Responsibilities:
Prospect and cold-call clients with provided leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financing requirements and business goals.
Present and promote our merchant cash advance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate internally to ensure smooth and efficient processing of transactions and timely funding for clients.
Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements:
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services industry (preferred but not required).

Ability to steer phone conversations and quickly build rapport with prospects.
Exude confidence and composure throughout the entire sales process.
