Position Overview:
As a Moving Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate quotes based on customer needs, close sales, and follow up with leads. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from customers requesting moving services (we provide real time leads, no cold calls)
Qualify leads and gather details (inventory, distance, dates, special items, etc.)
Prepare and present moving quotes to potential clients
Follow up on open leads to close deals
Document call notes and maintain CRM records
Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about the moving process
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in moving industry
Strong verbal communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable on the phone
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
