Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Final Expense Office Manager to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of final expense insurance carriers, back-end operations, and the ability to boost office morale. This role requires a dynamic leader who can maintain efficient office processes, support agents, and create a motivating work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Morale Boosting:

Foster a positive, energetic, and goal-oriented office culture.

Motivate and inspire team members to exceed sales and service expectations.

Implement team-building activities and incentives to maintain high morale.

Operational & Back-End Support:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.

Maintain knowledge of carrier processes, applications, and underwriting requirements.

Manage policies, commissions, and agent licensing to ensure smooth operations.

Sales & Agent Support:

Work closely with agents to provide training, carrier insights, and process guidance.

Troubleshoot issues with applications, approvals, and policy servicing.

Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for increased sales and retention.

Administrative & Compliance Oversight:

Ensure all applications and policy submissions are accurate and timely.

Maintain office compliance with industry regulations and carrier requirements.

Organize and maintain office documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in final expense insurance and strong carrier knowledge.

Experience in office management, team leadership, or sales coordination.

Ability to motivate and drive morale in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills and a high-energy, positive attitude.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and back-end policy management tools.
