Compensation:
There exists truly UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL at this company, however, it is up to the individual which of the following two categories you fall into:
Average rep earning potential: $50K - $60K
Self-motivated rep earning potential: $100K - $200k+
We also provide incentive bonuses that all sales representatives qualify for.
For the first time ever, we are offering a $250/week draw on top of commission for the first two weeks in order to give new salespeople the time to really see how this works and to begin building your pipeline. Your pipeline is what keeps you in business here, as your accounts renew year after year. The more accounts you sell, the more they renew and all the more money for you.
We are a very established Publishing Company that has been in business for 18+ years with a proven track record of success. We are currently looking for self-motivated, competitive, and well-spoken sales professionals. Previous sales experience is a plus, but is not required. We have had former bartenders and camp counselors come in with absolutely no experience in sales and they both continue to make a very good living here. All that is really required are good communication skills (both written and verbal, with proper use of grammar), a good attitude and a sincere desire to make money in order to succeed here.
