Boosted Autos is seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service Interlock Servicer and Installation Technician. If you have a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn hands-on technical work, and the flexibility to cover both our Broward and Palm Beach County offices, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Install and service interlock devices in customer vehicles (training provided).
Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering phone calls and assisting clients with their needs.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and customer interactions.
Travel between Broward and Palm Beach County offices as needed.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation is a must.
Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Willingness to learn installation skills through our training program.
