About Us: We specialize in designing, fabricating, and installing custom closets and cabinetry solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. With a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we create storage solutions that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Position Overview: We seek experienced Closet Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing custom closets and cabinets, with traditional power tools, saws, etc. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for the craft of installing high-quality products that meet our clients' exact specifications. Must be comfortable and skilled with table saws, chop saws, edge banding, power drills, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Install custom closets, cabinets, and storage solutions based on client specifications and company standards.

Read and interpret technical drawings, design plans, and cut lists.

Carefully load vehicles

Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and install closets, cabinets, and related storage solutions.

Ensure all products are installed to with the highest quality and safety standards.

Work closely with designers and clients to understand the finer details of each project being installed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols, and ensuring that the clients residences are at least as clean as it was upon arrival before installation.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, thinking in terms of solutions to be communicated to designers for approval.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Closet Installer

Proficiency with table saws, caulking, chop saws, drills.

Must be physically able to lift 50lbs, carry large closet components and materials, and remain standing for extended periods.

Strong understanding of closet building techniques and materials.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to flawless craftsmanship in installation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
