Job Description:
Outsource is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for a new construction project in Fort Pierce North. This project will include trenching, site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in construction work.
Responsibilities:
Dig trenches and prepare sites for installation of utilities and equipment
Load, unload, and move materials around the job site
Assist skilled tradesmen with conduit installation, cable pulling, and other tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and directions from team leads
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred but not required
Ability to work morning shift
Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and outdoor labor in various weather conditions
Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive starting pay: $15–$17/hr (based on experience)
