Need construction work today asap in Miami Beach!
Job starts at 10:00 AM at Mawer Capital located at 1210 Washington Ave Miami Beach FL 33139.
Total hours today will be about 6-7 hours.
Job pays $30/hour.
My husband is renovating his office and needs skilled, experienced professionals.
The construction job includes, but is not limited to, jigsaw/similar equipment for wood cutting or cutting of other materials, building or tearing down walls, mudding, painting, building bookshelves or furniture, installing lights/doing basic electrical work (not what an electrician does), laying flooring, plumbing knowledge is a plus, anything related to renovation or other help such as cleaning afterwards, avoiding construction damage, maintaining cleanliness and respect as it’s a shared office building with other working professionals, and anything else required for a professional job.
We need someone reliable who has previous construction experience and is capable of meticulous building and painting and has extensive knowledge of construction work.
Please NO:
- no wearing slippers to the job
- no back or muscle injuries or limitations
- no time wasters
- no sloppy work
- bringing your friend to the job without prior consent
REQUIRED
- experience in the field
- photos of previous work YOU have done
- your own tools (none will be provided!)
- reliable transportation, preferably a truck or large SUV that can fit 8x4 drywall/plywood etc.

PAYMENT:
- $30/hour for each construction worker at the job site paid via Zelle afterwards (approx 7 PM)
Additional Hours:
There is lots of opportunity for future work either this week or in general at the office in the months to come. We host events often and sometimes need help with set up and tear down and storage moving.
