As a measurements and installation supervisor for Wynwood Glass, your core functions and responsibilities will be, among others:
In general, given the nature of our business, this position requires you to pay attention to details and maintain a high level of focus on all the tasks assigned.
Measurements:
Customer Service, this entails direct contact with customers' request, by phone or email, for sales and project inquires to be sure the measurements are exactly what the customer wants.
Take finals measurements, prepare drawings and send orders to production.
Participate on site customer meetings and walks through.
Manage, understand, and improve provider hardware/material process based on customers orders received on a project(s) basis.
Produce a daily report on providers orders, detailing status of each order (measured / installed).
Installation Supervisor:
Site Survey of the customer site, accessibility and field measurements to produce final shop drawings.
Manage and supervise the execution of the projects and installations based on agreed project specifications.
Manage project schedule implementation, coordination of installation dates and material delivery from providers and customer availability. This is critical to the success of the project and customer satisfaction.
Material Management: Keep and updated inventory of Prime Showers essential material needed for the projects. Ensure that there are no shortages by ordering material on time in order to avoid project delays.
