The Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient service production and achieving company goals. This role focuses on crew training, job sequencing, scheduling management, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain constant communication with the Operations Manager and Account Managers about job statuses and requirements.
Oversee crew production and ensure teams are properly equipped.
Coordinate manpower and assist with small installations alongside mowing and pruning crews.
Manage quality and progress of jobs, ensuring effective use of materials and equipment.
Track equipment maintenance and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship from employer now or in the future
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
Must pass a drug screen.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish relationships with clients.
Ability to manage crew dynamics, including praise and reprimanding.
Punctual and committed to following safety procedures and company policies.
