FAA-certified aviation repair station is seeking a machinist with experience in lathe, mill, and fabrication to join our team in Fort Lauderdale.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate manual lathe and mill to machine precision parts.
- Perform fabrication work, including layout, cutting, fitting, and assembly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Skills & Capabilities
- Proficiency in manual machining (lathe and mill).
- Experience in fabrication and fitting of parts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- English is required.
