Lead Electrician / On-Site Supervisor — South Florida
Pay: $32–$38/hr (DOE) + commission on sold jobs

Role:
Perform residential & light commercial work: service upgrades, panels, troubleshooting, remodels, EV charger installations
Do site walks & build estimates in Service Fusion (photos, measurements, line items)
Plan jobs: order materials/POs etc
Attend(if required)rough & final inspections; target first-pass approvals
Maintain photos/notes in Service Fusion; keep clean, code-compliant installs
Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and office
Requirements
5+ years’ experience; strong NEC knowledge; can read one-lines/risers/panel schedules
Fluent English; clean driver’s license/MVR
Comfortable with Service Fusion (or similar) and smartphones/tablets
Reliable, organized, and safety-minded
