Overview
We are seeking a master HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a wanting to become a partner at our company. We will fund the operation and give a hefty profit split as the company continues to grow! Must be willing able to take on jobs and help train future technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Train technicians as we grow
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, refrigeration gauges, and welding equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Work on various types of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration
- Provide excellent customer service during service calls
Experience
- Have at least 4 years of documented experience in the HVAC field (up to 3 years can be substituted by education in HVAC).
- Must have Registered or Certified Contractor's License
