As an Transmission Rebuilder your primary role is to rebuild transmission for all make & models
As an R&R Technician your primary role is to be able to remove and reinstall transmission and transfer cases, replace clutches assembly's, resurface flywheels, and be able to remove, install, and disassemble front and rear differentials.
As Automotive Technician you will need to do all General Automotive Repair.
Both Technicians may also be asked to diagnosis vehicles on arrival or final road test vehicles on completion. That being said a valid driver’s license is required to be employed here.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose transmission problems
Remove transmissions accurately
Reinstall transmissions accurately
Experienced on automatic and manual transmissions for domestic and imported vehicles (both early and late models)
Maintain all shop equipment
Skills and Requirements:
General Automotive Technician experience
Minimum of 5 years Transmission R&R experience preferred
Have a quality set of tools
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent follow-up & organizational skills
Punctuality

Transmission Rebuilder: 10 years or more (Preferred)
R&R - Removing and reinstalling transmissions: 5 year or More (Preferred)
