This opportunity is for established independent contractors with an active DOT & MC authority only.
J.B. Hunt is expanding our Final Mile Services home delivery carrier force. We are looking for carriers that are interested in contracting with us to deliver and install furniture in customer homes.
$700 average per route
$4,200 weekly settlement (based on a 6-day work week)
Monday-Saturday
Average route: 150 mile radius
7-day payment terms
Established customer base with consistent routes
Access to third-party discounts for truck rental, fuel and tools
Access to nationwide accounts
Carrier Requirements Include:
Active US DOT & MC numbers
Previous home delivery (white glove) experience
Previous furniture delivery and installation experience
26’ box truck with awhite cab(truck equipped with liftgate is a plus)
Two man team minimum (must pass background and drug screening)
4 types of commercial insurance (GL, AL, Cargo & Workers Compensation Or Occ. Acc.)
