We are looking for someone who truly desires to deliver an exceptional client experience and commits to produce the highest standard of patient care in a high volume, fast paced environment.The Client Service Representative (CSR) has the ability to be a team player, multitask, quickly prioritize, problem solve, and handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive outlook. The CSR is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The CSR answers telephones, greets clients, prepares patient files, and escorts clients and patients to exam rooms, receives and relays client correspondence, updates client financial records.
