Weekly Pay Facility Name and Address: Interim HealthCare Winter Park, FL 32792 Purpose: Provides effective and efficient patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, applicable law and regulation, accepted standards of nursing practice, payer requirements and Interim Healthcare policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
Provide social interactions and help with appointments, walks, entertainment, reading, cards, memory games, visits, outings and trips.
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and ambulation.
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping.
Help with medication reminders, healthy movements, healthy diet, and setting dr. appointments.
Observe and report changes in the clients mental, physical and emotional condition or home situation to Nursing Supervisor in a timely manner
Communication with client, family members and co-workers.
Required Qualification:
HHA - 75 Hour Home Health Aide Certificate / CNA - Valid Florida CNA License
Must be 18 years of age
CPR Certified
Must pass Drug Screening
Valid Driver’s license and current auto insurance
Working Conditions:
