Will be responsible for creating very creative dishes with immaculate plating. Must do all shopping and procurement of groceries. Will hopefully have relationships with local farmers. If not, we will introduce you to them.
Seasonal Chef for Quail Hunting Plantation in Monticello Florida. Culinary degree strongly preferred. Must have experience as a private chef in high end homes.
Season is October 2021 thru March 2022. Will need to provide immaculately plated and presented dinners for 4- 8 guests, nightly. 5-6 nights a week at a time. will have a server helper for parties larger than 4. Otherwise, must set table, serve, announce and pair wine by yourself and do all cleanup. Infrequent large parties will be buffet. Must be familiar with wild game, Quail, Turkey, venison, dove, duck. Fresh seafood is a request and small, simple desserts. Chef will not be responsible for breakfast. Rarely you will need to help prepare lunch to be boxed up and delivered for off site catering.
