Job description:
Facilities Maintenance
Specific Responsibilities :
Inspect buildings and properties on a daily basis and keep maintained.
Perform daily maintenance, and emergency calls during business & non-business hours.
Must have some plumbing, electrical, HVAC knowledge.
Maintain inventory of building supplies and materials.
Ensure building is functional and maintained, including common areas and parking lots.
Communicate and coordinate all building matters with upper management.
Work with the maintenance vendors as needed and if required.
Perform repairs to offices, production floor, all buildings and common areas as needed and/or requested. Including, but not limited to, painting, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locks/hardware, HVAC, etc.
Qualifications :
Candidate should have 3-5 years minimum experience.
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable personal transportation.
Must have a reliable form of communication such as a cell phone.
Strong HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills, a plus.
Lift up to 20 to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Must have the ability to climb steps and ladders.
Excellent inter-personal skills in dealing with vendors and contractors.
Perform all duties to ensure that properties are operating efficiently and effectively, as per managements expectations.
