Must be able to program & troubleshoot industrial machinery. Most of maintenance is mechanical and about 30% is electrical.1st shift - 6:45am to 3:15pm2nd shift - 2:45am to 11:15pm 3rd shift - 10:45pm to 7:15am This person will spend their time troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment when it goes down. The type of mechanical equipment they will work with includes hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, chains, motors. On the electrical side it will be controls, proximity sensors, thermal couples, metal detectors, AC/DC motors, reading electrical blueprints, PLCs, 3 phase motors, 480V motors They simply need someone that is capable of handling both electrical and mechanical issues as they come up, and fix them as quickly as possible. This person will need to have their own set of basic tools such as hand tools, wrenches, screw drivers; power tools and larger ones are on site and they can use those. Use troubleshooting tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes ? Read blueprints ? Work with AC/DC motors, valves, and hydraulics, pneumatics ?
