Role : Business Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA Remote until the Current Pandemic (Covid 19) is settled, Later it need to be onsite )
Contract: 1 year + contract

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban.
    - Capability of distilling details from complex business requirements into accurate and precisely specified functional, technical specifications.
  • Technical skills to read code and write SQL or SQL like statements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Gap analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Business knowledge in Mutual Funds, Equities, Options and Fixed Income. Knowledge in Equity and Fixed Income primary markets is a plus .capital . Wealth Management
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pre-trade is a plus.
  • Coordinate communication with Product Owner, Ops and Tech key stakeholders in an Agile environment.
    - Coordinate ongoing status reports/steering committee meetings and provide detailed meeting minutes for all stakeholders.
    - Track ongoing risk / issues control.
    - Assist in managing initiatives / programs during the execution, monitor and control phases and program management disciplines (integration, scope, time, cost, etc.)
    - Document functional specifications via Jira User Stories, provide support to QA and UAT testing, developing test cases, UML diagrams to help bridge business requirements to the development team as applicable by project.
    - Coordinate Defect resolution, steer defect triage meetings with all stakeholders, analyze the Business requirements, find gaps in requirements and track for resolution.
    - Maintain deliverables to schedule, ability to adapt to changes in requirements and priorities, be a self-starter, show initiative, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time prioritizing as appropriate.
    - Act in a coordination role with business users, internal and external application development teams, DBA, and Q/A groups.
    - Interact with technical and support teams to assist in prototyping/piloting, design and planning of test cases.
    - Be capable of applying business judgement to create solid business practices, methodologies as well as recommendations and procedures for the technology teams.
