Description We are seeking a meticulous Credit Analyst to join our team in the automotive industry, based in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a Credit Analyst, your role will involve evaluating the creditworthiness of prospective and existing clients, developing efficient credit analysis processes, and coordinating with different teams to develop financial reporting dashboards. Responsibilities: Analyze the financial status of potential clients using fundamental analysis techniques such as balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow measurements. Establish automated processes for credit analysis and monitoring, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Review and make decisions on business credit applications in compliance with company guidelines and underwriting standards. Apply quantitative concepts in a judgmental environment to assess risk and balance it with the expected profitability of the company. Communicate credit decisions to relevant partners and negotiate effectively to secure desired applications. Monitor existing clients for additional exposure and recommend approval or decline accordingly. Conduct regular credit reviews on existing clients based on the department’s credit review procedures. Maintain credit files and track and analyze required financial information. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processesRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a credit analyst role Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems Experience with CRM systems Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis Understanding and experience in Collection Processes Solid understanding of credit principles and credit application processes Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
