The senior marketing automation specialist is responsible for oversight, design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for automated marketing programs and email campaigns.
This role is tactically focused on the assignment and/or execution of marketing automation platform (MAP) related tasks; less than 10 percent of this role's time is typically dedicated to strategy. This role reports to the Client Demand Marketing COE Leader.

Experience:
Two or more years of working with a sales force automation (SFA) system - Salesforce
One or more years of Pardot MAP administration experience, other MAP tools helpful
One or more years of experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing)
HTML experience
Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements

responsibilities:
Assigns/manages the workflow of inbound campaign requests through Clarizen to team, as well as direct execution (assign and execute)
Reviews campaign tasks for quality (QA) - emails, landing pages, forms, campaign canvas, lists, etc.
Assists in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy
Creates emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
Creates nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization
Documents MAP processes, programs and procedures
Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications
Standardizes, cleanses and uploads contact lists into the MAP
As needed, trains marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP
