Provide daily supervision to the of all Quality Control daily activities, which can include non-direct reports.

Manage & maintain all processes, procedures, and documentation to comply with ISO 9001 requirements.

Provide direct customer interaction as needed to resolve complaints, customer audits, or other good customer interaction to continue to reinforce our good relationships.

Demonstrate leadership of the ISO process and customer satisfaction efforts.

Actively participate in all staff activities to facilitate continuous improvement.

Demonstrate passion for safety and the well-being of fellow employees.

Demonstrate willingness to learn and contribute outside the area of quality.

Support all corporate and divisional initiatives which may also include hands on support for quality activities outside the plant requirements.

Outstanding communication skills and able to interact with Corporate Staff groups, hourly plant personnel, as well as staff.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Biology, or other related technical study program or sufficient experience for existing personnel

One year minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment is preferred

Work related experience in a chemical laboratory environment, as well as in an ISO certified business culture is required

Prior supervisory experience is desirable

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite is required

Working knowledge of basic lab instrumentation

ISO Auditor qualifications a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States
