Professional Land Surveyor and Mapper – Survey Division Manager

Michael B. Schorah and Associates, Inc., a West Palm Beach, Florida based engineering, surveying, and land development consulting firm is seeking applicants for the position of Survey Manager. Michael B. Schorah and Associates, Inc. has served our clients, both private and public, since 1979.

The applicant must possess strong knowledge of common survey types (plat, boundary, topographic, route, tree/vegetation, legal/sketches, easements, record drawing, construction, etc.) along with the field and office expertise necessary to complete each type. Shall have a demonstrated ability to oversee and manage office and field crew staff and related activities.

This is an executive position that is primarily office based but may require field visits for quality assurance/quality control field review, preparing proposals, and/or training and assisting field associates and drafting personnel. Responsibilities and requirements include a combination of the following including but not limited to:

State of Florida PSM license or valid license in another state eligible to be transferred to the State of Florida.

Producing quality and timely deliverables

Strong understanding of the surveying and mapping industry for both design and construction work.

AutoCad proficient.

Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe.

Valid Driver’s License
