Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and develop menus, taking into account client preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising their work
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or banquets
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, including various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development
- Ability to adapt to changing customer preferences and dietary restrictions
Skills:
- Culinary expertise in food production, preparation, and presentation
- Proficiency in kitchen management software or systems
- Strong attention to detail in order to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
