Primary Responsibilities
Work with the team on day to day tasks to meet goals
Fill and make sure tanks are mixed based on fill chart
Schedule and route customers using our routing system
Educate clients on additional services that could benefit their property
Provide Excellent customer service.
Treat properties with correct products
Maintain clean truck and equipment making sure things are also properly serviced and work space is kept neat.
Provide legible note to clients and team
Work on new sales, up sales and marketing for new and existing clients.
Knowledge and Skills
Keep well organized
Knowledge of basic math and lawn measurements
Time management
Ability to pick up to 60lbs with no assistance
Wear safety equipment properly
Knowledge of different types of grasses, weeds, diseases, funguses, etc.
Willing to learn things outside of work to better your leadership skills
Requirements
Clean driving record and approval by insurance company
High School Diploma
Have or obtain a Turf and Ornamental Certification and others. (not mandatory)
