Needing a painter, & landscaper with insurance! I can buy all the caulk, & paint and pay when you get through. I just need a good price & then we can talk about the inside paint. Building a home on the lake now with maintenance needed on other homes. If learning is your thing and creating homes with your own hands, then I can put you to work tomorrow. Need framing and deck work now, maybe landscaping tomorrow or whatever needs to be done next week. Built all my life and can pass on prosperous skills to whoever listens. Must be prompt, on time and dependable but I am very good to work with. Not a full time job right now but could become one.
