We are accepting applications for the position of Service Technician at Beechwood Pines, our 182-unit, professionally managed, gated apartment community in Athens, built in 2004.
Our Service Technicians maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition for our residents. They work with, and under the direction of, the Service Manager in all phases of on-site maintenance operations.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.

Monday - Friday with possible Saturday rotation during busy season.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, complete tasks up to 2nd story of building exteriors and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. On-call rotation required after initial training is completed.
