Duck’s Poultry Service Inc. is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their Talmo, GA team. This could be a Part Time- or Full-Time role. This position will encompass several different areas of the business working alongside division managers as well as crew members.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Human Resources:
New Employee Onboarding.
Maintain all employee files and keep current records for customer specific policies and procedures.
Enroll New employees in Healthcare and 401k plan and keep the roster updated.
Manage employee vacation days and attendance policy.
Manage employee related matters. (i.e. child support, unemployment benefits, etc.)
Assist in planning and coordinating events for employees.
Inventory Management:
Maintain Vaccine inventory and order product as needed.
Maintain proper inventory levels of all consumable items used by the crews.
Pick-up crew / maintenance supplies as needed.
Maintain clean and organized Supply room.
Data Entry:
Input Daily Quality checks into the proper spreadsheet.
Input Daily usage in the Vaccine inventory spreadsheet.
Fill out Blood paperwork and prepare tubes and swabs for crews, deliver samples to Lab as needed.
With a “Can Do” attitude assist Managers to be effective in completing task.
Scan in Worksheets daily as the crews arrive.

The services that we provide to our customers include loading, transporting, and unloading live poultry at breeder farms. Picking up eggs from breeder farms and delivering them back to hatchery.
