No previous sales experience needed to take advantage of this RV sales opportunity. We are looking for motivated professionals with great attitudes and a talent for customer communication. We will provide the training you need for success. Former business owners, educators and insurance agents have all excelled with our proven sales approach, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive and potential.
Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement proven dealership sales process
Become a trained product expert on assigned categories, makes or models
Fully utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Present and demonstrate inventory
Maintain Customer Service Goals, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends
Education and/or Experience
Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
