We are a small contracting company looking for a Foreman. Our company does a variety of work; as our slogan states: From roof to basement and everything in between. We do both residential and commercial work, from small maintenance and repairs to remodeling.
We need someone who has knowledge of most basic handyman/ construction type skills, like plumbing, small sheet rock, roofing, painting, electrical, trim, etc. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently run a crew. Flexibility is a must. One day we may be painting for 3 hours, then working on plumbing for 2 hours, then fixing a leak in an RV.
To give you a little more detail: We do not work a specific 9 to 5 day. We may vary start time, depending on the needs of the customer, and will work until the job is completed or is at a stopping point. We may start roughly between 8-10 am and finish between 4 and 6 pm.
We may do things like remodeling, roofing, pressure washing, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc. in a typical day.
Pay is based on experience and ability as observed on the job. You will have the opportunity to earn raises quickly based on qualities like punctuality and ability to work independently. We reward hard work and reliable workers with the opportunities to earn raises after 2 months, 6 months, and so on. We don't mind paying the right people well.
