Responsibilities – Accounting Clerk:
Submit and process Warranty, GAP, and other F&I products
Ensure all required documents are collected for cancellation process
Process all warranty and insurance cancellation requests in a timely manner
Calculate and process warranty and insurance requests
Reconcile statements and post entries to general ledger
Maintain current and clean accounting schedules
Respond to all customer and vendor inquiries regarding finance products
Scanning and filing
Other duties as assigned in Accounting Department
Qualifications/Requirements – Accounting Clerk:
Accounting experience required – automotive experience is a plus!
MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
Possess understanding of general bookkeeping, accounting experience, or accounting degree
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
