No receptionist duties: You will not be expected to answer the phone or greet guests and clients. Your expertise in bookkeeping is valuable, and you will spend your time doing those tasks.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and JobBOSS.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and account reconciliations.
Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper approvals.
Generate, review, and distribute invoices in a timely manner.
Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Provide accurate and timely reporting to management.
Assist with audits, budgeting, and other financial projects as needed.
