Finance Manager – Automotive Dealership

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to join our automotive dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance (F&I) department, securing financing for customers, maximizing dealership profitability, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in securing financing options that align with their needs while maximizing dealership revenue.
Structure loan and lease deals in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
Present and sell F&I products, such as extended warranties, service contracts, and insurance options.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience and increase closing ratios.
Monitor F&I performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of dealership financing, lender relations, and F&I products.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
Proficiency in dealership management software and F&I platforms.
