Looking for 1 dynamic person to handle bookkeeping (15 to 20 hrs./week) for a small builder in Decatur. Duties will include A/P, A/R, maintain insurance records on sub-contractors, bank & credit card reconciliation, weekly job P/L reports, light phone duties, read & respond to emails, and general clerical duties. QuickBooks proficiency a must! Flexible hours with no weekends or holidays. no management, Free Parking. 90-day employment review. Permanent part time and hourly rate commensurable with experience.
